World Airways Did Operate the MD-11 and DC-10 But they retired there last DC-10 in 2010.
Worlds MD-11's are used for Cargo and Passenger flights. The Pax Flights are Charter Flights ( Config Y355 ) They also have Two of the Five MD-11ER's Built, WOA and KLM are the Only Airlines left using the MD-11 or Pax flights.
